Thumbnail Policy Update

At Vidpros, our commitment to delivering exceptional video content is supported by a skilled team of graphic designers.

Our skilled team of graphic designers is dedicated to enhancing your projects with customization options that elevate your visual media, ensuring your content stands out.

As demand for our specialized services has increased, we are updating our approach to better manage our resources, allowing us to continue providing the top-quality service our clients expect. Previously, we utilized our designers' available time to offer added value at no extra cost. However, to maintain our high standards and meet growing needs, we've adjusted our policy to ensure that all clients can access our graphic designers' expertise whenever necessary. This change will help us keep delivering the exceptional custom thumbnail designs you rely on.

We offer two distinct types of thumbnails to suit your project's needs: Simple Thumbnails and Premium Thumbnails.

Simple Thumbnails are included in your existing subscription and are crafted by our video editors. These are designed to efficiently summarize your video's content using basic graphics and text overlays, ensuring quick production without compromising on quality.

Premium Thumbnails, on the other hand, are created by our dedicated team of Graphic Designers and provide a higher level of customization and sophistication. Due to the high demand and the increased frequency of requests—specifically, more than 10 premium thumbnails created for our clients in the last two months—we must revise how these services are offered.

If you wish to try out our Graphic Designers' expertise for your thumbnails, you have the option to purchase designs à la carte through our order page. If no action is taken, we will default to providing the Simple Thumbnails that are included with your subscription.
